A series made during the 2020 covid lockdown, in a closed restaurant in south London. Stylist Victoria Twyman and I were free to run riot (in a socially distanced sort of way) with the props to hand, illustrating FT Weekend's Summer Food and Drink Special cover story, which contemplated the future of the food and drink industry under the uncertain shadow of the pandemic.
