Felicity McCabe is a photographer and moving image director born in 1982 and raised in the north-west of England, now working from her studio in East London. Known for her striking use of light, shade and colour, her work spans portraiture, the human form, still life and moving image across editorial, commercial and cultural commissions. Using colour as a means of creating dramatic value and atmosphere, her imagery balances bold visual composition with intimacy.

Her photography has received awards and recognition from organisations including D&AD, the Sony World Photography Awards, the Julia Margaret Cameron Award, American Photography and the International Photography Awards, and her pictures have appeared in numerous publications internationally, from the The New Yorker and The New York Times in the US, via Die Zeit, Stern and Vogue Portugal in Europe, to Wired, Creative Review and Wallpaper* in the UK.
